Day 125: Where has the time gone?

At this point, I'm not doing as well as I'd hoped. Last time I posted, I was 2 months in and had something to show for it. Three months later, I'm at the same weight and am in desperate need of catching my second wind.

I've never really explained the "429" part of my blog URL. That has been my goal all along, to finish my weight loss by that date (my hubby's birthday) and be able to go back to a (healthier) normal lifestyle. I've got just under 2 months to get there and am trying to pick up speed. I need a renewed determination to continue, to remember why I started this in the first place. I looked at my photos from before and am happy with the bit of progress I've made, but know that I still have a long way to go.

My hubby and I cancelled our facebook account today, so hopefully that will help me to have more time to write (and knit and crochet!), instead of taking a massive hiatus between posts.

I have these words of encouragement for you: it's never too late to start, and you can always pick up where you left off. That's something I must remember as well. Thanks for reading and God bless you on your journey to a new you.
